Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.
How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. DPD Next Working Day Delivery is also available at checkout.
Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. Free standard delivery is available on orders over £50.
Do you offer private label coffee?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Yes. We can supply coffee in custom-branded packaging, giving your business its own unique coffee range.
Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We do not require a minimum order quantity for private label coffee.
Can you help with label design?

Absolutely. We can create a label design for your approval at no additional cost.
Are your coffees available as beans and ground coffee?

Yes. Most of our coffees are available as whole beans or ground to suit your preferred brewing method.
What brewing methods are your coffees suitable for?

Our coffees can be enjoyed through espresso machines, cafetières, filter brewers, AeroPress, pour-over methods and more.

What is your returns policy?

As our coffee is freshly roasted to order, we're unable to accept returns once a bag has been opened. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@riseandroast.co.uk and we'll do our best to put things right.
How fresh is your coffee?

We roast our coffee to order rather than in advance, so it's as fresh as possible when it reaches you. This also means delivery times may vary slightly depending on our roasting schedule.
Are you VAT registered?

No, we are not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added to our prices.
